What is myBlakely?
Our loyalty programme, myBlakely, is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Blakely community. You’ll earn points every time you shop, plus extra rewards for engaging with us from following on social to referring friends. Your points can be redeemed for money off future purchases or exclusive products from our Loyalty Shop.

Enrolment into My Blakely is free for every blakelyclothing.com account holder.

How do I sign up?
As soon as you create an blakelyclothing.com account you will be automatically enrolled into myBlakely. This can be done at checkout, or on the myBlakely page.

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every 1€ you spend at blakelyclothing.com. You can also earn bonus points through consistent actions and milestones, known as Achievements, or completing othe∂r actions, like following us on Instagram, leaving reviews, or adding more information to your profile.

Do my points expire?
Yes - points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any unused points will expire after this period.

How do I redeem my points?
Each point is worth 0.05€. You can redeem your points for money off vouchers using the points slider on your myBlakely account page. These vouchers are one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable and are valid for one year from the date you receive your voucher. Alternatively, you can spend your points in the Loyalty Shop on exclusive items.

I can’t find my voucher code after redeeming my points…
Login to myBlakely and go to your Rewards History. Any unredeemed codes will be available in this section. Apply your code at checkout to spend your voucher.

How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on how often you shop, not how much you spend. Every time you make a purchase, you move closer to the next tier:

  • Bronze: Entry-level
  • Silver: 3 – 6 purchases
  • Gold: 7 – 12 purchases
  • Platinum: 12 + purchases

Each tier comes with its own set of unique rewards. Every time you move up a tier, you’ll receive a free shipping code to celebrate your upgrade.

What is the Loyalty Shop?
The Loyalty Shop is where members can redeem points for exclusive items, limited-edition Blakely products, and special experiences - rewards you won’t find anywhere else.

How does the refer-a-friend programme work?
When you refer a friend, they’ll receive 10€ off their first purchase (if they spend a minimum of 79€). Once they buy, you’ll get 10€ off too. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer! Use the refer-a-friend section on your myBlakely account page to send your referral link.

Why isn’t my referral link working?
Please check your spam/junk if you are missing an expected referral email. However please note, your referral code may be unsuccessful due to the following;

  • Insufficient spend: the minimum spend needed of 79€ has not been reached, or it has been part paid for with a coupon.
  • Broken journey. The referee clicked on the link but made the purchase on a different IP.
  • Not a first purchase. The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent in the users first purchase made via the referral link. The amount also cannot span across several purchases
  • Fraud prevention. The coupon code will be deactivated on a fraud prevention basis if the IP address of the referrer and the referee match

How do I check my points and rewards?
Log in to your Blakely account to view your balance, tier status, and available rewards.

I already had an account — will my previous points carry over?
You may only join with one blakelyclothing.com account. If you have multiple blakelyclothing.com accounts under your name and/or email address and you’d like to merge them, please contact Customer Service to resolve at help@blakelyclothing.com.
